Does 4Elementum essential oils have any specific qualifications?
Yes, we only select plant essences (essential oils) that are wildcrafted in order to be able to connect to the life force of the plant and vibration that unites within our body harmonics once used.
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow up to 3- 5 business days for an order to be processed and shipped out. Average turn-around process is between 1 to 2 business days.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive a tracking confirmation number via the email. With that number, you can track the progress of your order.
Do 4Elementum ships internationally?
YES, all international orders will have to contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping, pricing, and tracking information of package.
How do I modify a wrong shipping address?
Simply notify us within less than 24 hours of purchasing by email at email@example.com to modify your order. Although, once the item has been shipped, no cancelation can be done, neither a refund will be provided. Remember all sales are final.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges?
